Not only does he give GREAT rates, he is always attentive to my questions, he shares sympathy over my driving record ups and downs and any changes with my life - I'm covered! His response time is super fast and if he doesn't have an answer.. he'll send you a follow up email (but that rarely happens because he always has an answer). Thanks, Mark, to you and your team.
